Priyanka Khandalkar's story is one of courage, reinvention, and alignment.
Originally from India, Priyanka moved to the United States to pursue her master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. Over the next seventeen years, she built a successful corporate career working with Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai, John Deere, and Steelcase.
Yet despite the success, she felt a deeper calling.
Her entrepreneurial journey began after being laid off in 2015, an experience that challenged her sense of security and opened the door to new possibilities. While continuing her corporate career, she launched multiple business ventures, including e-commerce brands, technology projects, and consulting services.
The turning point came during the COVID pandemic when concerns for her family's well-being led her to leave corporate life and fully embrace entrepreneurship.
Since then, Priyanka has helped over 1,200 businesses grow and scale, worked alongside Tony Robbins' organization, launched the globally ranked Show Up with Priyanka podcast, built a successful marketing and operations agency, and stepped into her deeper mission of helping purpose-driven leaders create businesses and lives aligned with their soul's calling.
Throughout the conversation, Priyanka shares how her personal experiences, including divorce, entrepreneurship, and spiritual awakening, taught her some of life's most important lessons.
