Ali shares how her journey started long before mastermind.com, from helping manage her family’s salon at a young age to living a double life between Arizona and Mexico City while pursuing modeling. Those early experiences shaped her independence, adaptability, and work ethic.
When the pandemic shifted the world in 2020, Ali found herself searching for a new path. That search eventually led her to mastermind.com, where she stepped into a role that would rapidly evolve into leadership positions supporting some of the largest online launches and coaching experiences in the industry.
From managing massive online events to becoming Director of Client Success, Ali helped create transformational experiences for hundreds of thousands of people. But over time, she realized that being deeply purposeful in her work wasn’t the same as fully living in alignment with her life.
One quiet moment changed everything. A realization that she had spent years constantly producing, achieving, and overcommitting without creating space for herself. That awareness became the catalyst for change.
Today, Ali co-owns Malibu West Media with her husband, combining strategy, storytelling, branding, media, and online growth to help entrepreneurs and thought leaders scale with intention.
